Daniel earned a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University Northridge, and a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the American Planning Association's American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
